Industry Awards: We’ve Got That Winning Feeling

People celebrating at an awards ceremony

We’re developing something of a winning formula when it comes to helping our clients pick up industry awards.

Andrew Slater launched HVAC Communications four years ago offering technical support, including PR, marketing and training for building services customers.

One of our services is writing award entries for our growing list of clients, and our experience has helped win eight industry awards and six shortlistings in the past three years.

“It’s a real pleasure helping some of our customers gain the recognition they deserve in industry awards. It’s about presenting the information the right way and making sure it grabs the judges’ attention.’’

The business has grown and Andrew is now supported by specialists in marketing, content creation and graphic design.

He said: “I didn’t want to create just another communications company. It had to be different. Our industry expertise means we understand our clients’ businesses. That saves them time and money because we don’t need lengthy briefings that tie up key people.

“We are still a young company but we are working with important customers across the industry. I think they understand that our knowledge is their benefit.’’
